The most likely cause of you not being able to get into Zoom is that you are not logged into SSO. Even if you think you are, please try the following steps:
1. Go to https://nycdoe.zoom.us/
2. Log in.
3. Open a new tab.
4. Go to a Google classroom and click the Zoom link to enter the class.
